OUR MISSION

SIMPLE COMMUNITIES OF PRAYER & EXPANSION

S.C.O.P.E.

DEFINITION

1. to look at especially for the purpose of evaluation

2. space or opportunity for unhampered motion, activity, or thought

The SCOPE of our mission requires us to look hard at culture and context and determine the most effective way to live as witnesses of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe that the only way to sustain ourselves in mission is through a life of prayer lived out in community.

Prayer will keep us tender towards God and expansion tender toward people without Christ. Together we will see the spontaneous expansion of the Church.
